Terms & Conditions

All bookings made through Meta Make Trip are subject to the following conditions:

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after the receipt of the required advance payment.
Payment Schedule: 50% advance at the time of booking, with the balance due 15 days before departure (or as specified in your itinerary).
Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash.
Price Validity: Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
Amendment Fees: Any changes to confirmed bookings may incur amendment fees as per airline/hotel policies.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while covering the costs we incur:

30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees (₹2,000 per person) and non-refundable components.
15-30 days before departure: 75% refund of the total package cost.
7-14 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
Visa rejection cases: Refund as per the cancellation policy above, after deducting visa fees and consulate charges.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after cancellation request approval.

For international travel, it is the traveler's responsibility to ensure all documents are valid and submitted on time:

Passport Validity: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date.
Visa Processing: Meta Make Trip facilitates visa applications but does not guarantee visa approval.
Document Submission: All required documents must be submitted at least 15 days before the planned departure.
Visa Rejection: In case of visa rejection, visa fees and consulate charges are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all international trips.

Travelers are expected to comply with the following:

Health Requirements: It is the traveler's responsibility to be aware of and comply with any health/vaccination requirements for their destination.
Behavior: Travelers must adhere to local laws, customs, and hotel/airline regulations during the trip.
Punctuality: Travelers must arrive at airports, railway stations, and pickup points at the specified times.
Baggage: Baggage allowances vary by airline and are the traveler's responsibility to verify.
Document Safety: Travelers are responsible for safeguarding their travel documents, tickets, and valuables.

Hotel Substitution: In case of unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute hotels with similar or better properties.
Itinerary Flexibility: Due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, natural calamities), itineraries may be modified for safety reasons.
Force Majeure: Meta Make Trip is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, airline strikes, etc.).
Extra Costs: Any additional costs incurred due to force majeure events will be borne by the traveler.

Third-Party Services: Meta Make Trip acts as an intermediary for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for their actions or omissions.
Personal Injury/Loss: We are not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss of property, or other damages during the trip unless caused by our direct negligence.
Refund Limitations: Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.

Data Collection: We collect personal information (name, contact details, passport information) solely for booking and service purposes.
Data Sharing: Your information is shared with airlines, hotels, and visa authorities only as necessary to fulfill your booking.
Data Security: We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.
Marketing: You may receive promotional communications from us, which you can opt out of at any time.

Applicable Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
Dispute Resolution: We encourage amicable resolution through mutual discussion before any legal proceedings.
